Terms and Conditions
1. Services Included
OrganiseD Home & Business provides professional organising services for homes and businesses. This may include:
Decluttering and organising spaces such as kitchens, wardrobes, utilities, home office, small businesses etc.
Creating and implementing tailored storage systems.
Advising on products and solutions to maintain organisation.
Please note: OrganiseD does not offer a cleaning service; however, we are happy to lightly wipe down surfaces as we declutter and organise your space. We also do not carry out electrical work, structural alterations, or heavy lifting of large furniture.
2. Bookings & Payments
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due on the day the service is completed.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, Revolut, or cash. All details will be provided in advance.
3. Hours of Work
Standard working hours are 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Evening and weekend appointments may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit, 50%.
Rescheduling is possible, subject to availability.
5. Travel & Accommodation
Travel within a 50km radius of Nenagh, Tipperary is included in your booking.
For locations outside this radius, additional travel and/or accommodation costs may apply. These will be discussed and agreed upon before booking.
6. Removal of Items
The client is responsible for the final decision to dispose of, donate, recycle, or sell any items.
OrganiseD can assist in arranging drop-offs to charity shops but all disposal is the responsibility of the client.
7. Photo Permission & Testimonials
Before and after photos may be taken for promotional purposes, including use on social media, website and marketing materials.
No identifying information or personal items will be shown without your written consent.
You will be asked to sign a separate Photo Release Form.
Testimonials - If you’re happy with our service, we would love to hear your feedback. We may share your testimonial on our website, social media, or other promotional materials to help others discover OrganiseD.
8. Confidentiality
All information shared during our sessions is kept strictly confidential. Your privacy and trust are of the utmost importance.
9. Liability
While every care is taken during the organising process, OrganiseD is not liable for accidental loss or damage to property. We recommend that valuables and sentimental items be handled personally by the client.
By booking with OrganiseD, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
