My confidential and non-judgmental business and office decluttering service is designed to create a functional, efficient and professional workspace, whether you work from home or in an office. A well-organised office enhances focus, productivity, and overall well-being, allowing you to work smarter, not harder.
What I Offer
I take a practical and supportive approach to decluttering, helping you streamline your workspace by identifying what is essential, what can be archived and what can be discarded. Once I have cleared the excess, we will create organisational systems tailored to your business needs, making it easy to maintain order in the long term.

The duration and cost of each project depends on the size of the space, the level of decluttering needed, and the storage solutions required. The minimum booking is one full day, a day runs from 09:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Once I understand your unique needs, I’ll provide a clear and detailed breakdown tailored just for you. Pricing will be transparent and reflect the time, expertise and personalised support provided during each decluttering and organising session.
What’s Included?
In-Depth Consultation – I begin with a discussion about your business needs, challenges and goals for the space. A site visit is advised.
Hands-On Decluttering & Organising – Fully guided process where I help you decide what to keep, digitise, shred, or discard.
Tailored Organisation Systems – Implement practical, efficient solutions that improve workflow and productivity.
Arrangement of Storage Solutions – Optimise storage areas using what you have or integrating new storage solutions if needed.
Paper & Digital File Organisation – Organise paperwork, filing systems and digital storage in a logical and methodical way to make retrieval easy.
Guidance & Maintenance Tips – Advice on how to maintain an organised workspace with simple daily habits.
Post-Project Follow-Up – A 30-minute follow-up call one month after project completion to check in on progress and provide additional support.
Additional Costs May Apply For:
Storage Solutions – If additional filing systems, storage boxes, or organisers are required, I can source these for you or provide recommendations. (Additional fee will apply for sourcing materials).
Document Shredding or Disposal – Special arrangements for document shredding or bulk disposal can be organised if required.
Additional Hours – If the project extends beyond the estimated timeframe, extra hours will be added as needed and agreed by the client.
Travel & Accommodation - My services are available nationwide, travel within a 50km (each way) radius is included, however outside of this, an additional fee will be charged. If an overnight is required, the cost of accommodation will also be charged. These will always be discussed and agreed with the client before any project starts
